• subject aware? No
• reactions to my work: the man across the aisle from me talked me up and asked to see what I was drawing. He proceeded to ask me join him for coffee when we got off the bus. When I explained that I had plans, he persisted for another time. When I explained my schedule was full, he asked if we could have coffee in 6 months! Alas, I was able to get back to sketching :-)
